By registering for our High School Tours, you agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to communicate with you in relation to our events, scholarships, resources, services, information, and all other matters in relation to our business, or to answer questions and assist in applying to college, university, language school, or other programs and services offered by Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners.

You give Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners the right to communicate with you by all means provided on the registration form which include mailing, emailing, and calling.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to take and use photos and videos which may include you and your family, and may show you communicating with Worldwide College Tours, our clients, our partners, high school staff, or other students. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use the photos and videos for any marketing or promotional pieces for the promotion of our business, High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

Your registration is not considered a commitment to attend any college, university, or programs, or to purchase any service from an organization that may be attending our High School Tours as an exhibitor, speaker, or sponsor.

Feedback is important for the growth of Worldwide College Tours & for international education. Reviews are also important so other students can read/listen/watch the quality of our High School Tours and the benefits of attending. You give Worldwide College Tours the right to publicly post your feedback or review to promote our business and to promote our current and future High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any previous conversation. Once agreed, you constitute agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Worldwide College Tours reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. All Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to give Worldwide College Tours the right to remove your registration from any of our High School Tours for failure to adhere to these Terms & Conditions, or for any other reason.

By registering to host Worldwide College Tours at your high school, you agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to communicate with you, your colleagues, and students in relation to our events, scholarships, resources, services, information, and all other matters in relation to our business, or to answer questions and assist you, your colleagues, or your students and their families in applying to college, university, language school, or other programs and services offered by Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners.

You give Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners the right to communicate with you by all means provided on the registration form which include mailing, emailing, and calling.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to take and use photos and videos which may include you and your colleagues, students, and high school, and may show you communicating with Worldwide College Tours, our clients, our partners, student and parent attendees, and with your colleagues. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use the photos and videos for any marketing or promotional pieces for the promotion of our business, High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or for any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use any trademarks, logos, or names associated with you or the high school you represent. Use of such trademarks, logos, and names will be used to promote our business, High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or for any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours. Promotional campaigns will include e-blasts, online ads, print ads, telephone calls, mailings, and any other ad-hoc campaigns we deem necessary to expand our business.

Worldwide College Tours events and services may be used for educational purposes only. Submission or transmission of any information or materials in violation of any local, provincial, or federal statutes and/or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material legally judged to be copyrighted, threatening, or obscene. Worldwide College Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any person, school, institution, organization, and business without providing reason or cause.

You and your high school agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners from any claims resulting from attending or hosting any of our High School Tours, which may be held at your high school.

Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the products, services, or events Worldwide College Tours provides. Worldwide College Tours will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, which may result from the use of our services or events including loss of data, damage to property, non-delivery, or interruption in service. You also acknowledge and agree that Worldwide College Tours cannot be responsible for service or event interruptions caused by Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control or any other situation that may arise before, during, or after our scheduled High School Tours. You also acknowledge that Worldwide College Tours cannot be held liable for interruptions in our services which may be caused by companies and vendors we work with, such companies include hotels, tours bus companies, airport shuttles, flight companies, travel agents, restaurants, colleges or universities, high schools, or any other companies we may deal with in relation to our business.

By registering to host our High School Tours at your high school, you agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to come to your high school to host an event for your students, parents, and colleagues. Your registration is not considered a commitment for you or your students or high school to attend any college, university, or program, or to purchase any service from an organization that may be attending our High School Tours as an exhibitor, speaker, or sponsor.

Reviews are also important so other high schools can read/listen/watch the quality of our High School Tours and the benefits of becoming a host high school. You give Worldwide College Tours the right to publicly post your feedback or review to promote our business and to promote our current and future High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or for any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

Use of such trademarks, logos, and names will be used to promote our business, High School Tours, Virtual Fairs, College Admissions Guide, or for any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours. Promotional campaigns will include e-blasts, online ads, print ads, telephone calls, mailings, and any other ad-hoc campaigns we deem necessary to expand our business.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you provide Worldwide College Tours the right to add, edit, or delete any events, services, or High School Tours you may be registered for, at anytime. If edits are made, then it is the institutions/organizations/businesses responsibility to make accommodations for the new schedule. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided, regardless of the amount or the situation. It is the exhibitors sole responsibly to ensure their institution/organization/business has representation for the High School Tours they registered to join, and that their representative has their passport and medical requirements up to date. Worldwide College Tours can offer exhibitors a temporary credit for extenuating circumstances. If a credit is applied, Worldwide College Tours will subtract any costs incurred up to the point the credit was applied. Worldwide College Tours has the right to pull credits given to any exhibitor at any time for not adhering to these Terms & Conditions, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. If any High School Tours are canceled in whole or in part due to Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control, Worldwide College Tours will, at our discretion, offer a temporary credit, less any expenses incurred, to be used on any future High School Tour, Virtual Fair, College Admissions Guide, or for any other products or services Worldwide College Tours may offer now or in the future.

Payment terms are net-90. If payment has not been received before the 90-day period then a 2% interest per month, restorative from the invoice date, will be charged until the invoice has been paid in full, including any applicable interest that may have been charged.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to give Worldwide College Tours the right to remove you and/or your institution/organization/business from any and all High School Tours and marketing for not adhering to these Terms & Condition, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. In the event your registration is removed, no refund or credit will be provided by Worldwide College Tours.

By registering for our Virtual Fairs, you are agreeing to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to communicate with you in relation to our events, scholarships, resources, services, information, and all other matters in relation to our business, or to answer questions and assist in applying to college, university, language school, or other programs and services offered by Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners.

You give Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners the right to communicate with you by all means provided on the registration form which include mailing, emailing, and calling.

Worldwide College Tours has the right to pull credits given to any exhibitor at any time for not adhering to these Terms & Conditions, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. By registering to speak during our Virtual Fairs, you agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to communicate with you and your institution/organization/business about our events, scholarships, resources, services, information, and all other matters in relation to our business.

You give Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners the right to communicate with you by all means provided on the registration form which include mailing, emailing, and calling.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to take and use photos and videos which may include you and your colleagues and institution/organization/business, and may show your communication, both written and recorded, with Worldwide College Tours, our clients, our partners, other speakers, sponsors, attendees, and with your colleagues. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use the photos and videos for any marketing or promotional pieces for the promotion of our business, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use any trademarks, logos, or names associated with you or the institution/organization/business you represent. Use of such trademarks, logos, and names will be used to promote our business, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours. If edits are made, then it is the institutions/organizations/businesses responsibility to make accommodations for the new schedule. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided, regardless of the amount or the situation. It is the speakers sole responsibly to ensure their institution/organization/business has representation for the Virtual Fairs they registered to join, and that their representative has appropriate equipment for phone and video conferencing. Worldwide College Tours can offer speakers a temporary credit for extenuating circumstances. If a credit is applied, Worldwide College Tours will subtract any costs incurred up to the point the credit was applied. Worldwide College Tours has the right to pull credits given to any speaker at any time for not adhering to these Terms & Conditions, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. If any Virtual Fairs are canceled in whole or in part due to Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control, Worldwide College Tours will, at our discretion, offer a temporary credit, less any expenses incurred, to be used on any future Virtual Fair, High School Tour, College Admissions Guide, or for any other products or services Worldwide College Tours may offer now or in the future.

Worldwide College Tours will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, which may result from the use of our services or events including loss of data, damage to property, non-delivery, or interruption in service. You also acknowledge and agree that Worldwide College Tours cannot be responsible for service or event interruptions caused by Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control or any other situation that may arise before, during, or after our scheduled Virtual Fairs. In the event your speaking opportunity is removed, no refund or credit will be provided by Worldwide College Tours.

By registering to sponsor our Virtual Fairs, you agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to communicate with you and your institution/organization/business about our events, scholarships, resources, services, information, and all other matters in relation to our business.

You give Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners the right to communicate with you by all means provided on the registration form which include mailing, emailing, and calling.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to take and use photos and videos which may include your name and the name, logo, and contact information of the institution/organization/business you represent. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use the photos and videos for any marketing or promotional pieces for the promotion of our business, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use any trademarks, logos, or names associated with you or the institution/organization/business you represent. Use of such trademarks, logos, and names will be used to promote our business, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours. Promotional campaigns will include e-blasts, online ads, print ads, telephone calls, mailings, and any other ad-hoc campaigns we deem necessary to expand our business.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you provide Worldwide College Tours the right to add, edit, or delete any events, services, or Virtual Fairs you may be registered to sponsor, at anytime. If edits are made, then it is the institutions/organizations/businesses responsibility to make accommodations for the new schedule. Under no circumstances will a refund be provided, regardless of the amount or the situation. It is the sponsors sole responsibly to ensure their institution/organization/business has all appropriate names, logos, and contact information in place. If a credit is applied, Worldwide College Tours will subtract any costs incurred up to the point the credit was applied. Worldwide College Tours has the right to pull credits given to any sponsor at any time for not adhering to these Terms & Conditions, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. If any Virtual Fairs are canceled in whole or in part due to Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control, Worldwide College Tours will, at our discretion, offer a temporary credit, less any expenses incurred, to be used on any future Virtual Fair, High School Tour, College Admissions Guide, or for any other products or services Worldwide College Tours may offer now or in the future.

Worldwide College Tours events and services may be used for educational purposes only. Submission or transmission of any information or materials in violation of any local, provincial, or federal statutes and/or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, material legally judged to be copyrighted, threatening, or obscene. Worldwide College Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any person, school, institution, organization, and business without providing reason or cause.

You and your institution/organization/business agree to indemnify and hold harmless Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners from all claims resulting from sponsoring any of our Virtual Fairs.

Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners make no guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the products, services, or events Worldwide College Tours provides. Worldwide College Tours will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, which may result from the use of our services or events including loss of data, damage to property, non-delivery, or interruption in service. You also acknowledge and agree that Worldwide College Tours cannot be responsible for service or event interruptions caused by Acts of God, weather, terrorism, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Worldwide College Tours control or any other situation that may arise before, during, or after our scheduled Virtual Fairs. You also acknowledge that Worldwide College Tours cannot be held liable for interruptions in our services which may be caused by companies and vendors we work with.

Feedback is important for the growth of Worldwide College Tours & for international education. Reviews are also important so other institutions/organizations/businesses can read/listen/watch the quality of our Virtual Fairs and the benefits of becoming a sponsor. You give Worldwide College Tours the right to publicly post your feedback or review to promote our business and to promote our current and future Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, College Admissions Guide, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any previous conversation. Once agreed, you constitute agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Worldwide College Tours reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. All Terms & Conditions are non-negotiable.

Payment terms are net-90. If payment has not been received before the 90-day period then a 2% interest per month, restorative from the invoice date, will be charged until the invoice has been paid in full, including any applicable interest that may have been charged.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to give Worldwide College Tours the right to remove you and/or your institution/organization/business from any and all Virtual Fairs, sponsorships, and marketing for not adhering to these Terms & Condition, not adhering to our Event Guidelines or Schedule, or doing/saying/posting anything online or to other exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, advertisers, schools, or attendees that would make Worldwide College Tours appear unfavorable. In the event your sponsorship is removed, no refund or credit will be provided by Worldwide College Tours.

All purchases for our College Admissions Guide are non-refundable and nonexchangeable. All purchases are final.

When purchasing a digital copy of our College Admissions Guide, regardless of the edition or year published, you will be granted a single, non-transferable licence. The purchaser of our College Admissions Guide is not authorized, in whole or in part, to grant access to, lend, share, transfer, or rent their licence to any other person or third party. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to take and use photos and videos of our College Admissions Guide, which may include your name and the name, logo, and contact information of the institution/organization/business you represent. You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use the photos and videos for any marketing or promotional pieces for the promotion of our business, College Admissions Guide, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours.

You agree to allow Worldwide College Tours and our clients and partners to use any trademarks, logos, or names associated with you or the institution/organization/business you represent. Use of such trademarks, logos, and names will be used to promote our business, College Admissions Guide, Virtual Fairs, High School Tours, or any other service offered by Worldwide College Tours. Promotional campaigns will include e-blasts, online ads, print ads, telephone calls, mailings, and any other ad-hoc campaigns we deem necessary to expand our business.

You provide Worldwide College Tours the right to add, edit, or delete any advertising space, in whole or in part, or to remove our College Admissions Guide from circulation without providing reason or cause. It is the advertiser’s sole responsibility to submit their artwork for approval prior the submission deadline. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your selected space and forfeiture of your advertising deposit. All advertising purchases for our College Admissions Guide are non-refundable.
