Founded in 2017, Enrollment Advisory Group (EAG) assists colleges and universities with maximizing their enrollment potential through services focused in the areas of recruitment and yield. EAG’s team consists of seventeen highly seasoned professionals who are based around the globe, creating exposure through in-market visibility and allowing for a personalized approach to recruitment. In addition, EAG’s team is experienced in assisting admissions offices with developing recruitment plans, assessing and streamlining operations, enhancing campus visitor programs, and creating effective communication plans.


EAG’s goal in partnering with institutions for international recruitment is to build a strong foundation and an ongoing funnel for student enrollment, while minimizing start-up costs and exposure to risk. EAG promotes its college and university partners through its network of more than 500 educational consultants. Additionally, EAG’s team members spend months in-market visiting schools, attending college fairs, and meeting with educational consultants. EAG’s team also manages its applicant pools for each partner, ensuring proper yield activities are in place to meet enrollment objectives.
